Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes! Your free listing stays active indefinitely with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to unlock more features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Your listing will downgrade to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly subscription covers everything included in your chosen plan. No setup fees, no add-ons.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your listing stays active on the free plan. You keep your photos (up to 3), description, timing, and contact details. Paid features like reviews, enquiries, and social links will be hidden until you resubscribe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Premium at any time through your billing portal. The change takes effect immediately.
What is the monthly boost?
Premium members can activate a 7-day boost once per month. During the boost, your listing is pinned at the top of your category page for maximum visibility.
How do events work?
You can promote festivals, gatherings, and any community events on Aehalo's Events page. Free plan: £25 per event. Starter: 1 event included free, then £25 each. Premium: 2 events included free, then £25 each. Each event includes title, description, date, location, photos, ticket pricing, and social links.
What are profile updates?
Both Starter and Premium plans can post text updates on their listing — like offers, event announcements, menu launches, or news. Members can like, comment, and bookmark your business. Up to 10 posts per day. Free plans cannot post updates.
How do accommodation and job listings work?
Both Starter and Premium plans can post unlimited accommodation listings (rooms, rentals, sales) and job vacancies on the Discover page. Listings are member-only — only signed-in Aehalo members can see them, which keeps the marketplace serious. Each post auto-archives after 7-90 days (your choice) and you can renew anytime.
